Happy New Year to everyone!
I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up: billing for January 2025 will be delayed for a few days due to some last-minute changes instituted by our payment processor. I wish they hadn't chosen the most awkward time of the year to make such changes, but it is what it is.
Long story short: you shouldn't notice any disruptions to our service. However, invoices which normally occur on the 1st of each month will not be charged until we are given the green light by our processor. I am told "1-2 business days", but as January 1st is a holiday, I'll have to keep my fingers crossed.
As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to support: support@posttimedaily.com.
Thank you, and here's to a great 2025!

I don't know who I emailed at PTD to sort out the billing issues? I just want to say PTD has the best customer service EVER! I can named numerous companies that could learn how to treat their customers with such care & respect. So thank you PTD. Really appreciated...........Rob

Thank you for kind words, Rob! We just want to treat everyone the way we'd want to be treated. A simple idea, but it usually works.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
