Looking foward to seeing many of you again. It's been way too long. I am also excited in meeting the wizards that
I have not met..
I'm currently in the process of doing all needed windows updates on my surface before I head out. The worst is to turn on the laptop ready to play and windows wants to do a bunch of updates.

No surprises wanted.

I'm checked into my flight for tomorrow, bag is basically packed, got a new battery in the laptop...
I guess after settling in I'll wind up in the racebook/send a note in elements, look for a guy with a 17 inch hp with VC open!!
Safe travels all.

I think there’s going to be about 10 of us altogether. Being a non weekend, I think most of us will be able to sit close to each other. It’s been awhile since I’ve been there so I’m not sure what they do with reserving seats for their regulars…some of it gets beyond silly.

Just a heads up, Palace Station apparently has remodeled their Race and Sports book again…and the horseplayers lost. Looks like there are some tables we can sit at (which I don’t mind) but the power outlets went bye-bye with the remodel. I’m really sorry, they just gutted the thing about 5 years ago, I have no clue why they did it again.

Maybe scout out a new venue while you are there this week for the next meet up? Gotta be some race/sports book more conducive to the horseplayer

I planned to attend but life gets in the way of the best laid plans. Enjoy yourselves. On another note, the Atlantis Casino remodeled the Race & Sportsbook. There were 48 desks and monitors. After the remodel, now 24, and 4 are assigned to a high roller. Even if he is here, security will have you leave “his” row.
